I'm staying at quebec. I went there by the way to a coffee. I was sitting outside (in July). I asked for a coffee with a cream container. The coffee had a funny taste. I tasted the cream apart and she was safe. I went back inside and told the lady. She came back to serve me another one on the outside with cream also and said to me: 'We all tasted cream and it was very good. I'll get you another coffee with another cream of the same date. I felt weird when she told me that everyone had tasted the cream and that it was very good, like I was lying. I picked up the other coffee and when I poured the cream in, clums are raised to the surface. I went back inside and said, ''This one is not good ei...
A great little restaurant, that while not in the more popular areas of Quebec City, more than makes up for it with great food, good service and a wonderful atmosphere. The food, uniquely Quebec, is well prepared and presented. They also have a great selection of local beers. The staff are friendly and the service is timely. The restaurant is quite small and popular and reservations may be required. Well worth the trip.
Le Fin Gourmet was a wonderful experience. The menu is in French, but our server translated it to English and answered many questions. The food was fantastic, fresh, and original. We were also happy to see La Vache Folle, our favorite local beer, on the menu. Definitely worth the bit of a walk from our hotel inside the gates. We'll be back for sure!
My meal (a tartare) was very good and the other options on the menu seemed also interesting. the atmosphere and the local are unpretentious, which is pleasant for a party with friends. acceptable and cheap wine choice. Good service.
