Despite the imminent lavender festival in a nearby village, sault restaurants on Saturday night were not ready to welcome tourists. one for the second consecutive day already in the afternoon exposed the complete sign (there are no two rounds, at 22:00 there was already someone who closed the room,) another was exceptionally closed, another one still complete. so we ended up in this pizzeria/store. At the time when we were introduced the menu, many dishes of the kitchen were already exhausted. We didn't expect the "Neapolitan pizza", it was clearly written on the menu that the basic cheese was the emmenthal. but unfortunately the pizzaiolo was at work just behind our table and so we ahimè se...
we took two pizzas (of course we did not expect pizzas like the Neapolitans,) discreet, eatable, abundantly seasoned, the pasta not long leavening, but we try not to demand too much. the problem is the sense of poor cleanliness that aleggia inside the restaurant, something very stale, all in very dark wood that would need a beautiful renewed and a washed thoroughly. probably it's all part of the old lane atmosphere that the environment wants to broadcast (also lagnose traditional songs for the whole meal) . It's okay if you're passing, it's okay pizza, but I wouldn't mind taking something uncooked or water in the jug
I've just had a pizza. To the aubergines, because I appreciate it and read here myself a very flattering opinion. too probably, because this pizza was hardly tasteful, with eggplants not at all unstudy, as it should be.Bref, without judging the entire map, this first visit could well be the last one for me.
family and rather good bills. the Corsican and Italian specialities are rather nice; the cannellonis fashion sausage corse deserves the detour. good the terrace is on the roadside but in the evening off season the traffic remains reasonable.

We arrived Sault quite late so there wasn't many options for dinner. Pizza there was ok while octopus (in soup) was good. There was no English menu and the owner seems not good at English, so it's kind of hard to order...
For several years this restaurant has delighted our taste buds. be it a simple steack or a lamb mouse, the kindness of the boss and his wife, fills us with joy. I think it's one of the best sault addresses.
flat with wood fire,pizza tres bon , correct price, nice welcome, small terrace on the edge of the road certe but pleasant,,,,,,bref nothing to say of negative.
Good but not exceptional pizzas with slightly offhand service - not rude but not very communicative. Maybe this just adds character?
