A week at the spa castles hospital and we were not marvelled. Mechanical home (natural problem) Low price/quality: is not up to a 4-star (example: we arrived with our suitcases and when we drove to our room the staff did not help us and put us a lead of several meters) : lack of surveillance even with the cameras. presence of children in adult space even after reporting the staff did not move the fingers. I specify that there is a family space so if you search for a relaxing stay I advise you this hotel! the walls of the spa space ask for a refreshment (painting breaks.) showers that do not function properly in the adult spa space lack clarity in the adult spa space a part with bathing suit...
We took advantage of a day spa that was fabulous. The lunch with an entrance bar, the choice between two dishes and a dessert were delicious. There was always a little more unexpected that we liked. The spa is really one, with a wide choice of possibilities: indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, different steam baths and saunas, infrared room, different relaxation areas. Small: fireplace not far from the pool. It was very appreciable. We just had to change place because a lady spent more than 2 hours in the indoor jacuzzi talking very loud.
We had a very good time. the place is great, the spa is great, and the very welcoming staff. If I had just one thing to say it might be the price of the pet for a night 25 euros it's pretty expensive! a this price there a little attention for the animal in the room would have been very appreciated.
