Gives the appearance of an upscale place, and charges as much, but food is awful. Truffle linguini was overlooked, bland, and had zero truffle flavor, despite ample truffle-like "cardboard" pieces on top (at least, that's what they tasted like). Duck was tough. Mashed potatoes were bland and felt and tasted like a mix out of a box. Tiramisu dessert looked and tasted like something out of a university cafeteria. On top of all of this: 45 min after finishing, I spent 15 min on the toilet. Top quality food, I guess. Service by the male waiters was good, but the lady doing the seating could learn some manners. Bottom line: do yourself a favor and avoid!
a very nice welcome by the patron marcel of this gourmet brewery in Nice. A rich menu of dishes with a singularity: truffle...,A quality wine map also allows you to discover beautiful areas. The terrace is more than friendly with a view of the market with flowers without being directly on it. A place to be noted for an evening of guaranteed success
The menu looked good so we took a chance and boy we are glad we did! The 35 euro menu was excellent and we had it on both occasions (plus a glass of champagne helped us with the menu choice!) Good imaginative menu, attentive staff and a great ambience all round. Highly recommended amongst a vast choice of restaurants in this lovely city.
very pleasant terrace by a summer evening. very friendly reception and good level service, which is not the case everywhere. Both the entrances and the dishes are of quality. I simply regret that the grilled wolf - beautiful still - was for my part slightly too cooked. But nothing redhibitory.

I love the atmosphere of this restaurant, it is nice and surprising to dine among old books and portraits of famous (and less famous) people. The food is also very good. I can recommend to go at the beginning of may, there is a nice menu based on strawberries.Good ratio quality/price.
This place looked quite pleasant, and unlike other reviews, we received good service. However the food was not very nice, with some extremely odd combinations. I had duck and it did not seem freshly cooked. The bill really was extortionate.
In the old Nice, you will find this nice restaurant offering an outdoor terrasse. Food is excellent and the île flottante a foodie dessert. Surprised as always by the use of english in their publicity as well as on their business card ???
a very good reception, a slightly aging setting but a very good map, the menu of the day very good value price, on the menu of the day a tartare revisited to the Italian super, a very efficient and very fresh homemade dessert.

An amazing location for a nice dinner. The waiters were very friendly and the food was outstanding! A menu with soup, main dish and dessert costs 35€.
Holy jacques with excellent truffle. beautiful wine map. I don't know. The frame is friendly. Karine is a very good host.
