From crossing the Drôme to the French Riviera, we stopped for dinner one evening in Alixan. Our choice was on the Grillobois restaurant. A couple of customers, a waitress and pizzaiollo, the chef in the kitchen I suppose. While waiting for the card, I see the customers get up, one to look for mustard, the other the ketchup, another a carafe. Actually, it's a canteen. I'm not coming back to the dishes, of any kind. We give up the idea of taking a dessert. When I return to the hotel, I look at the reviews and learn that this restaurant was visited by chef Etchebest for Cauchemar in the kitchen.
