Kabylia's client for about twenty years, due to an average visit per year, I was able to note during my annual visit this July 2023, a significant decrease in quality, both on flavors and on service. Indeed, three notable points since my last visit 18 months ago: Less flavor on the vegetable broth, which made at the time all the difference with the other couscous restaurants. I now find it just in the average at this level, and no longer worth the detour. Amount of meat mined (notable on the boiled lamb, small piece, and dry that more is. We were seven, we all had couscous royal. Food was really delicious and server was extremely nice. We had different desserts and we all appreciated what we had, I'd recommend the dame Blanche. We ended with tea and I had a Coke. 30 euros per person. Reasonable given the service and portions we had. I would certainly go back.
Company cuckoo made on site. Very listening and reactive team despite the number of people. The couscous composed of chicken, merguez and kefta ball was good. The pastries offered for dessert are pleasant with mint tea.
