The dishes served are delicious and worthy of a very good gourmet restaurant. Prices are reasonable, servers are very professional, welcoming and helpful. The chef takes the trouble to come and ask if the kitchen has rained us... In short, it is a real pleasure to come with family, and we go there whenever our parents want to please us. We made bcp of restaurants in Cherbourg and around, and Liberty is our first recommendation.
