Le Mahal is truly a gem. Food was excellent, we had Madras curry, Seekh Kebab and Poulet Korma, they were all delightful. However, the mix pakora was too oily for my taste. But aside from that, absolutely great tasting food. This is my number one Indian restaurant in the French side! Price to quality ratio is good, not too expensive but they give delicious food. The service was also amazing, waiters are super friendly and really nice. The place is a delight would definitely recommend!
I was a bit disappointed to see that, on my second time there, there was the same sauce on the main dish, and the sauce was identical on chickpeas and on chicken. Not so much to try. The lentil soup on the other hand was excellent.
Very nice setting and service. Food was not alive and tasty like we would expect from Indian restaurant. Ice cream was way too sweet and like glue. Nice service. Perhaps next time we need as for spicy.
