Hello to all, So first of all I want to clarify that I did not taste the food, nor even put a foot in the restaurant, and that will never happen! Coming from Switzerland for the awakening in Strasbourg we were looking for a restaurant for the evening (group of 6 people). After an unanswered 1st email I had to restart three days after I had a return. I then received the menu with an RIB. 2 people being vegan (not allergy but by choice) I asked if it was possible to have a vegan version. The manager told us not vegan but vegetarian was an option (without giving us a menu). We were close to making the effort for the vegetarian menu. Une bel carte qui donne l'eau à la bouche. Il est étonnant de mélanger les produits locaux avec la cuisine vietnamienne mais c'est une réussite. Fraîcheur & goût assurés dans un cadre sympathique et un accueil chaleureux, nous reviendrons avec plaisir. La cadre est extra, la cuisine pour les amis était bonne selon leurs dires! Mais pour moi ( d'origine asiatique) c'était plutôt fade... J'insiste bien sur ce fait : ne venez pas en vous disant c'est un restaurant Viet... Non c'est bien un restaurant fusion alsako/viet!Sinon le service est impeccable, tout le monde est souriant et disponible : un exemple que devrait suivre certains restaurants !
nice ambience with nice Asian art. Food was pretty good (though not mindblowing) but perfectly decent if you're looking for Asian food! Servers were nice and we got our discount from booking on The Fork.

c'est surprenant, mais c'est très bon , le personnel est sympathique, j'aime bien leur bo bun, à découvrir a strasbourg.
