While in the area, I decided to visit this restaurant due to its excellent reviews. The welcome was impeccable and warm, which I greatly appreciated. I ordered a rare steak with a salad and fries. For a reasonable price of 15 euros. I don't regret stopping here for lunch. The fresh, quality products contributed to the flavor of the dish. I would like to thank the chef for his careful preparation.
Loved the routier (truckers) atmosphere and homemade specials. The bavette and gratin dauphinois (steak and backed potatoes) is a delight, red wine in pichet is more than OK and the service is like being home. Also all desserts are home made and generous.
Great little find just off the main road from Biot to Valbonne. Great food fresh ingredients and all served up quickly. Good value plat du jour and generous portions.

Marcmania is a small restaurant without pretensions, but it is worth a lunch (weekly) . The dishes are simple and copied, all in a friendly atmosphere.
Tartare at 15€ ok, but badly realized and salad too sausage and too salty
