many years ago we ate at chez philippe and were not impressed, but saw that there were renovations and a new name appeared on the front le marion. it is probably too far outside the city for most tourist, but is popular...with local too. the plat du jour is cheap, but compared to the main menu it is quite much cheaper (half price.) inside is beautifully decorated and they even have a small outside terrace. the garden still needs to be cleaned up. after the order we received an amuse bouche and brot, which was very tasty. the boeuf bourguignon was tasty, but the small part was not served with an additional veg.
Nous nous y sommes arrêtés pour la première fois vendredi 6 juin pour découvrir ce lieu et déjeuner rapidement en terrasse Nous connaissions déjà « les 3 sœurs » à Biarritz ainsi que Ahizpak à Bidart où deux des sœurs ont exercé longtemps . Nous avons beaucoup aimé le cadre , retrouvé l’identité culinaire de cette cheffe et viendrons dès notre prochain séjour dans la région basque pour un dîner Adresse à priori recherchée le midi pour le plat du jour à 10.50€ notamment car le patio d’environ 30 places était complet Belle adresse à retenir au regard de certaines prestations en bord de mer

Carte réduite, tous les plats sont très bons. Le service est rapide et très sympathique. Les desserts sont très bons et fait minute. Nous y sommes allés avec un bébé qui a eu droit à sa chaise haute.
