I have long hesitated to put this comment on a restaurant that I have been attending for many years, but the behavior of the boss shocked me!!! Indeed, after discreetly reporting the presence of a 4 cm slug in my green salad, I was entitled to the apology of the very professional waitress. With the Patronne, at the time of the audition, as an excuse, I was entitled to her silence and to no comment on this, and when I mentioned the incident of the slug, she told me with cynicism that it produced the freshness of the salad.
I absolutely wanted to taste a beef fillet with wood fire but in the end I took the suggestion: beef paleron with linguists and foie gras sauce. I was convinced but in the end disappointed. Despite a very hearty dish, the paleron was not squeezed, the inguines too dry because not enough sauce that did not taste the foie gras... Disappointed but not said my last word. I'll be back for the meat on the wood fire.
