In view of the many comments on the reception, I am surprised because it was a nice surprise for us. I didn't know that they closed the cheese sale side between 12pm and 2pm but I find that logical since they also have a restaurant. I asked her if it was possible to make a tray for the same evening, she made it for me with pleasure, asking us for our favorite cheeses, she very kindly asked me to let you know a little earlier the next time what I find it completely normal. I came back at 5:30 p.m. the tray was ready, I had given a budget which they respected and made us discover small nuggets, the cheeses are numbered according to their intensity. We are sure to come back
