Lunch at 2 on Foix. Have a pizza each. A charcutiere and an oriental. Both were very salty. The paste not too fine and not so excellent as we expected. For the rest, the server cleaned our table before setting it up using a cloth whose appearance was a little doubtful. I took a bottled beer. I've been brought in the bottle, but I can't drink the beer with the goulot. But at the restaurant it's a little cheeky. Anyway, not really conquered, but as I was passing by, I may have fallen badly in view of the opinions that plebiscitate the place.
Super pizza compared to my home, it is rare to find a honey goat pizza also garnished for only 10€ really! The more the habit of having 6 rounds of very fine goats... I'm not a "big food" but I'm finishing my wide pizza. Hard here really with so much trim, I had not planned this “details”. I recommend you will certainly be very surprised also you who read!
The pizzas of the Mistral are excellent, the dough is perfect and the filling is generous. We chose 4 different pizzas and the 4 were very good. I advise.
