Le Montblanc - Tisch resevieren

We love this restaurant, it's the 4th time I've eaten there and it's the hotel of my heart, we spent 2 nights there two years ago, a wonder ! This time I was able to enjoy the magnificent terrace with a panoramic view of the mountain, the service very good, we took the famous menu 55 available only at midday during the week, very good, very fine fish as the main course at to fall !!! I am still a little disappointed with the delicious melon foie gras starter, nothing to say but the slices of liver were really mini-mini, it's a shame we're left wanting more, in the past they were much more generous, then the pre-dessert was a copy of the dessert that followed, too bad it adds nothing I think!...

The best restaurant in the area offers a great view, is open all year round and employs, among other things, a gifted pastry chef who knows how to really pamper us sweet tooths! I came here for the a la carte patisserie, but my expectations were more than exceeded. The service was also very warm and attentive. I was also impressed by the very hospitable reception; many other five-star hotels can learn a lesson from that.

Was für ein schöner Abend mit einem tollen Sonnenuntergang, persönlichem Service und gutem Essen. Man fühlt sich, als wäre man auf der Spitze der Welt. Es ist zwar eine ziemliche Fahrt vom Dorf entfernt, aber es lohnt sich. Wir haben nach dem Abendessen auch eine Führung durch das Hotel bekommen und die Zimmer sind erstaunlich, genau der Ort, an dem man Weihnachten verbringen möchte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir waren an Heiligabend dort. Es gab ein festgelegtes Menü für 210 Franken. Ein 5- oder 6-Gänge-Verkostungsmenü, ohne Wein. Der Service war gut und das Essen war, wie es in einem Michelin-Restaurant sein sollte. Ein schöner Ort für besondere Anlässe. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Visited for lunch. Amazing food: delicious cod appetizer, mouth melting deer, very nice dessert; great local wines; attentive and accommodating service; breathtaking views. Definitely will be back!

Best view ever on a restaurant. Even if the food had been bad I would have wanted to come back. Luckily the food was good too especially the desserts
