Reservation by telephone for 9:30 p.m. for 6 people on a Saturday evening. Reservations made with name, first name etc. We are told that we will be in the Tapas area but that we will be able to take the restaurant menu without problem. Arriving at 9:30 p.m. sharp, we were told that there were no reservations made for that name and that everything was full... No solution was offered, nor were excuses! We are left stranded in front of the bar, making it clear that we must look for another establishment to eat... What a shame to be disappointed by such an establishment which surely deserves much better!
Great place with a good sports/restaurant concept. Very friendly waiter. Excellent and hearty cuisine (foie gras, tartiflette, butternut velouté, duck confit). However, a big downside on the desserts with a Paris Brest with a cream that did not have the texture of cream (a little sticky) and no taste of praline. And the black forest whose cherries had a strange pistachio taste. Otherwise excellent. Food: 4
Future newcomers to greater Périgueux, we arrived very late for lunch (after 2 p.m. . We thought we would be failed... not at all! We were very well received and the food served was very well presented and very tasty. We feasted. We found a good address... we will come back with pleasure.
