This is the worst restaurant we have visited in Vallon pont d 'Arc : pizza for our children was stone cold, even after asking to heat it up, still cold for the second time !! Also : they charged us 3,5€ to change the drink in the kids menu from coca cola to Apple juice (for a 5 year old kid! My wife ordered the mussels : they tasted like they were cooked hours ago and then shortly reheated (they were not cleaned as well and very overcooked My steak was served on a wooden plate (how do they clean these ?? served with Some not very fresh vegetables. Menu looked good, though the 'kirs ' were just sweet wine there was no difference in taste, and the 'naturally sparkly water ' was obviously flat tap water as the cap had been undone. The food was served on wooden platters and the flies just couldn 't get enough of a particular food free part of the wooden plate.[How can one clean these plates? The crème brulee hadn 't seen any cream and was definitely tired. Waitress did her best though not easy given what she had to serve.
Nous avions des doutes avant d'entrer dans cet hôtel, très vite levés par l'accueil très sympathique des patrons et l'entrée dans notre chambre. La déco n'est pas moderne mais tout est très propre et la literie très bonne. Il y a une climatisation individuelle dans chaque chambre ce qui était très agréable (38° dehors) . Le petit déjeuner est simple mais bon. Nous recommandons cet hôtel très bien situé en plein coeur de vallon pont d'arc.
I had the mixed grill and my girlfriend had the steak. Mixed grill sausages where just reheated but still cold and the steak was really undercoocked. Just go some where else..
