We were able to go to this restaurant on 3 08 22 , just before the visit of the hay , I admit that in appearance I had the desire to enter in , because empty and not attractive, finally we stayed, and when we saw our arrival plates. Super and more than well loaded! My daughter's child menu would have been enough for me! with good fresh products! Only my daughter had her dessert included in the menu, we were calated! during the audition for 4 people, including drinks, and deabolo what surprise! 62,90€! I even gave 5€ tip! Le Patio has recently reopened after being refurbished by its new owners...and what a difference ! Very warm welcome by smiling waiter. The inferior has a contemporary feel with tables well spaced and very comfortable chairs. It's worth noting that there is a lovely terrace overlooking the small park which on a sunny day will be a great place to eat and enjoy a drink. On being seat we were immediately asked if we wanted a drink ... Not the usual service we get in Foix. W3 decided on the Menu du Jour ..cheese soufflé, beef bourginon followed by Panna Cotta. We arrived an early March evening for dinner, and judging by the looks of the place, and the choice of pop music, it is likely that it is looking for summer customers drinking until late in the evening. But you should not be fooled by the surroundings, for Le Patio offers excellent local food. We had some local classic soufflé and trout tartare, and a boeuf tartare and a tartiflette for the main course. Along with the desserts they were well served, and the wine pairing worked well. Especially the local dessert wine.
