Die Schweizer Jura ist für ihr kulinarisches Erbe bekannt, und Le Paysan Horloger macht diesem Ruf alle Ehre. Ein junges Paar hat vor Kurzem das Restaurant übernommen. Ich beschloss, es auszuprobieren, während ich entlang der malerischen Landschaft spazierte. Das Esszimmer und die Terrasse sind sehr klein. Dies, kombiniert mit einem einzigen Menü, verleiht eine angenehme Atmosphäre eines Table d'Hote statt eines Restaurants. Der Service ist nett und aufmerksam, aber unauffällig. Das Essen ist köstlich, mit einem deutlichen französischen Touch. Der mit Yuzu marinierte rohe Thunfisch kam frisch und subtil als Vorspeise. Als Hauptgericht hatte ich ein in einer Kruste aus burgundischen Schnecken...
Das Lokal gefiel uns sehr gut: schlicht und einfach, schöne Atmosphäre. Die beiden Kellnerinnen waren sehr freundlich und gut geschult. Jeder Gang wurde eingehend erklärt. Das Essen war auf sehr hohem Niveau, Qualität tadellos, sehr kreativ, wunderschöne Präsentation auf sehr speziellem Porzellan. Die Weinkarte ist umfassend, im Offenausschank waren spezielle Tropfen zu finden, diese wurden auch sehr charmant verkauft.Allerdings waren die Portionen sehr klein: ein Dreigang-Menu machte auch eine schlanke Frau nicht satt - so musste noch der Käsegang mit zwei Scheiben Brot vor dem Dessert dazu. Die Kreationen der Menus sind sehr speziell - aber für unseren Geschmack war etwas viel Chichi dabei...

I decided to give it a try while hiking along the picturesque landscape.Dining room and terrace are quite small. This is our first visit since the change of cook. before it was before but the kitchen was more refined and the menu changed more often. the new couple that offers in the kitchen makes a good kitchen and a nice presentation but it may not be enough. the sommelier is very competent, effective and smiling happiness. We loved the entrances, a gaspacho sorbet. and a thousand crab leaf. a little less dishes, a stuffed sole fillet... and a horse fillet(. a lot of flavor mix but lack of peps !) in dessert, the plum pie was extra but we enjoyed the Mont Blanc with mogettes vermicelles !! We will certainly resound, everything will depend on the menu proposals on their website.

the restaurant is placed under the supervision of a young French couple. When we arrive, we see that the building has been completely renovated, mixing stone walls (and stone sink if you go to the small corner!) and concrete ceiling. The framework is therefore more modern than authentic. The reception is very pleasant and professional. tables are very nicely prepared although chairs are not really comfortable. Concerning the meal, all dishes were excellent and the possibility is offered to have a glass of wine suitable for each dish (the wines were also excellent). In short, we eat particularly well in a very nice setting.
we ate this noon in the watchmaker peasant .perfect .the top kitchen. the very nice boss is competent to advise you on the choice of wine. Ich habe diese Woche meine Eltern in dieses Restaurant eingeladen. Das war die richtige Wahl. Das Restaurant war gut besucht und fühlte sich nicht zu überfüllt an. Es befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Lage, die Fahrt dorthin war unvergesslich. Das Essen war großartig. Gut gekocht und präsentiert, jeder Gang war gut proportioniert und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unseres Essens stimmte.
a gastro with a super ratio/quality/price, for the Swiss. Superb reception, with ambition in the plate, and no chi-chi, which is rare and pleasant at this level.Good luck! You deserve it.

Das Resto Gastro ist zwar nicht billig, aber hervorragend. Die schöne Einrichtung begeistert mit Charme und im Keller gibt es sogar ein kleines Uhrenmuseum.
