well located restaurant, good atmosphere, reception and friendly service. The grilled dorade was pretty good. But the break with steam-cooked mussels on a bed of pine needles made it laugh all the island of Oleron, the cradle of this culinary specialty. It’s a bit like a pizza “cooked with wood fire” in an electric oven and served on a wooden board. as to the addition, she was like my joke: heavy!
