One of the best restaurants in Corsica, simply. A very sought after and tasty cuisine with mainly Mediterranean origins. The 4-course menu is selected on the blind and the dishes are surprised by the dishes that come in turn. I wasn't disappointed once. A menu that changes regularly but a little bit of heart for the chaperon and the hazelnut gnocchis. It is added to this, an excellent value for money for a gastronomic restaurant on the seaside and a service for small, discreet and very helpful care. What more?
Le restaurant surplombe le petit port d'Erbalunga ...la vue sur l'île d'Elbe au coucher du soleil est merveilleuse ! Le menu découverte est parfaitement élaboré par le chef assurant l'équilibre entre les viandes et les poissons ( rougets,pluma ibérique,saumon gravelax...) Le dessert sera à la hauteur du reste avec entre autre une tarte aux citrons revisitée Pour finir le pirate à sans doute la plus belle carte de vins de toute la corse Un grand moment
L'endroit est magique, l'assiette est raffinée, les produits sont de qualité et la carte des vins est riche... c'est un beau restaurant gastronomique qui mériterait un accueil plus chaleureux pour une expérience client inoubliable. Si les codes du service d'un restaurant de ce niveau sont respecter, ils sont appliqués mécaniquement et apporte une certaine froideur à l'ambiance d'un lieu si exceptionnel. Quel dommage !

Our dinner at the Pirates was just beautiful!! The frame is pleasant and the service as professional as smiling. As for the dishes, it was a great experience... a very good table Corsica. The flavours are sought, the perfect cooking and the chef is very creative. Thanks to the Pirates team.
Cuisine inventive et délicieuse. Beau mélange des saveurs, maîtrise des cuissons. Un régal. Equipe en salle très sympa. Notre 2ème visite un an après la première confirme la place de ce restaurant dans notre palmarès!
