good comforting and generous bourgeois cuisine as you love. really perfect cooking, cosssy and respected animal products (with good juice), a super service but .can work on vegetables, mastery seasonings but without great originalities, a dessert that left us on our end by lack of flavor all gives a mixed opinion. For me, it's the starred restaurant or I'll go with family, for the mother's party, the birthday of a toton ... it's good and it's not going to scare them too much by tastes or ways to work the product and the flavors.So I advise if you love not to get away from the beaten paths or if you want to comfort but if you look for the new one,

Discreet, attentive and pro service for dishes and drinks (bravo has our waitress and a little more). The party starts with the toes, then the view, and tied by the taste buds. I don't even have a word that could have a sense of reproach. The michelin star is really deserved. note: this restaurant does not appear in the best of belfort, including here and on michelin, although not really, it is almost at the foot of the old town.

Very nice place. warm welcome and professionalism at the rdv. refined and creamy cuisine. bravo to the whole team. to finish the star chef is very natural, affordable brief an authentic man. Thank you for your cooking and our discussion after the meal. We were the last customers.

First of all, it's a beautiful establishment. waiters and sommeliers listen as much when we are in a couple like families, they know very well to present the dishes but know how to make us travel through the dishes but also the wines

a perfectly balanced kitchen. a friendly service and a sommelier that transports you in the middle of the vineyards. The ambient air is a little fresh if we wear a night dress.
