The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the service is top-notch! We visited for lunch and tried the glazed wagin duck, escargots, stuffed chicken wings with scallop and caviar. For dessert, we indulged in the salted peanut and chocolate tart with mascarpone, paired with a dessert wine. Everything was incredibly delicious. Although the chocolate tart was great, I might skip it next time to try something new. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Overall, it was worth every penny (and calorie). We will definitely be returning!
This European bistro, with a focus on French cuisine, is quite inviting and serves up some classic dishes with a modern twist. We were impressed by the small plates that kick-started our taste buds with delicate and delicious French flavors. However, we found that the main courses were a bit underwhelming in comparison. It's hard to say whether it was because the starters were exceptional or the mains lacked a wow factor, so next time we may stick to the smaller plates. On the bright side, the dessert we tried was once again amazing.
Le Rebelle has taken the place of Circa in Beaufort Street, Mt Lawley, and is housed in a long, narrow room across a couple of levels with the heavy carved bar taking pride of place on the second level. It has received many good reviews since it opened, with its bistro style food and snappy wine list winning plaudits and from our experience these are well deserved.
Extremely friendly service , food exceptional ,chicken wing stuffed with crayfish and fois gras unbelievable ,my husband had duck cassoulet said it was as good as any he has ever eaten he’s eaten a lot) chicken cordon blu and squid all amazing ,served with a twist .would like to see some lamb for main course or Grilled or pan fried fish Can’t wait to go back Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
PHENOMENAL! What an amazing little restaurant for Mt Lawley! Food was outstanding, every dish we had we loved! Wine selection is extensive with some beautiful French wines on offer. Service was also fantastic, we were well looked after and wine glasses were never empty! Will definitely be coming back!
I absolutely love Le Rebelle. Every visit is always an amazing experience and I can't wait to go back again. Thank goodness for this restaurant! Don't pay attention to the negative reviews, they are just rubbish. My advice to you negative people...stay home.
This is an exceptional establishment. The service, food and wine are all next level. This is an absolute MUST. Have the burger and the French cider with the cheese course. I was wowed from start to finish.
Service, decor and food all 10/10 Menu and wine list was well thought out with great additions. Meal was very well priced and cost $206 for the three of us and we had 2 wines each. Will definitely be back Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Gorgeous little french bistro, loved all dishes. Only thing was Slightly Salty. Very friendly service and cozy rather romantic place to enjoy bottle of wine.
