We stayed in Casta the last 4 days of our holiday, and never expected to find in the middle of the desert the most welcoming place of all Corsica (and when I say all I really speak, we made a 360° tour of the region, passing also in the hinterland). The first time we had breakfast at the relais de la fontaine we were enchanted by the panorama that offers their terrace, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious! We were so satisfied that we decided to have breakfast from them every day, and dinner twice, great food and abundant portions, but especially at a fair price! Going down to the Saleccia with the off-road crossing the desert is an experience I recommend. And then the drivers are really nice!
