The office is great and the people are helpful. This review and rating relate to the booking through their website. We booked an apartment in Clarines apartment complex through Office de Tourisme website. The apartment was managed by Fonca property management company and that's where we picked up the keys. My communication with Office de Tourisme wasn't smooth from the start as our requests for sheets and towels had to go back and forth a few times since they had to be forwarded to Fonca first.
