made the mistake to order the pizza with pasta on it, which was a carb overload. other pizzas looked much better. after said that our two pizzas were burned around the edges and probably should have been re-donated. Nevertheless, we were lucky that we were served as they were one of the few places that were open in the middle of the dawn and wanted to approach. so the kitchen could have been a bit hurried
we thought in brioude was at night on the way to another place. decided to have pizza for dinner. we share an salat as entrée, and everyone had a pizza as main course. unless they have really hunger, they could probably share an salate and a pizza between two people. also a bottle of Malbec-Merlot mixture from the Cahors area. server were nice and helpful. the total bill also did not break the bank.
