Big disappointment for us who had already visited this restaurant several times from the time of the former chef. The kitchen is not in question because the dishes (soaked fish and desserts (roasted apricots and red fruit we took were very good. However, when you pay more than €200 to 2 (without wine), the level of requirement for the entire service is other than for a beach restaurant. We waited for about 15 minutes before we heard at the next table that we had to scan the QR code placed on the table to have the menu (they were in the same case as we and had not seen it and the person sitting at the table had of course not indicated it to us. Not convinced ...Very nice green and quiet frame with a clear view. The kitchen is good . Cooking of marinated meats with brasero is successful. The flavours and vegetables put in the pasta bring an original taste and freshness. However, the price quality ratio is delusional. I regret the absence of chocolate dessert on the map. The quality of ice compared to the price is very disappointing. Nothing justifies the prices and especially the service which is quite approximate for an establishment of this level.
The starter and the dessert were excellent- the main course (shrimps) was a disaster- they gave us a second main dish but after the first experience we did not feel like eating it. At least they then cancelled two main courses on the check. Although staff apologized, it would have been a good gesture if the cook had done this personally. Setting is nice, some but not all staff very guest oriented and competent.
The Castellet spa hotel is a soothing place where you are cut from the world. The San felice is posted by the pool with an outdoor part and an indoor part. The proposed food is rather basic but well controlled. The price is high but correlates with the privileged framework.

Excellent address. The hotel is 5 stars, the restaurant too. Very pleasant frame. Terrace with stunning views of the surrounding landscape, swimming pool and hotel gardens.
