Unfortunately, sending a screen copy is not possible... and there was someone at the end of the line... In addition, when we arrived, I indicated our booking validated by the person at the reception... As for the described frame of the room upstairs, it is not visible on the site, and the atmosphere even less... Finally, an error is indeed always possible, it is in this case not of our fact, then asks the honesty and correction of the remarks of the mana...
