We often go to Alsace and didn't want to eat tarte flambée or something similar again. The restaurant “Caveau Restaurant Stewala” offers more than just traditional Alsatian cuisine. The salmon with balsamic sauce was great and my husband's chicken was also very good. The dessert (Guglhopf glacé and profiteroles) were delicious. Everything at a very good price-performance ratio with very friendly service! We will be very happy to come back!
A very nice discovery, as a family, at the end of our vacation in the region. Everything was perfect from the main course to the dessert, including the wine. Very good restaurant even if the waitress doesn't want to cut my calfskin, but instead towel the fondue from the table behind us, it knows how to do it. The map was not up to date on the site... Suggestions about the drinks displayed but there was not the product. Just knacks for children's menus no mayo no ketchup.... In short, we were happy... We took into account the opinions... For being very disappointed...
