Outstanding place for seafood in La Rochelle. After visiting the extremely crowded and noisy harbor on Saturday, we found the perfect spot for a wonderful dinner on a quiet street on Sunday. The waiter was excellent (entertaining as well) which was completely different from the stressed out staff at the harbor restaurants. We had a delicious lobster plate and a perfect seafood platter (oysters, prawns, crab, and whelks). A yummy chocolate mousse and cognac baba capped of a memorable La Rochelle dining experience.
small restaurant with an anodine facade, narrow and all in length, view over the kitchens. simple and strong jovial welcome, here you don’t take your head, it’s friendly and very good. a philosophy of life that seduces. The seafood is in the spotlight, the small and low-cost oysters are excellent. the playlist creates an atmosphere of another time, the music is just perfect! we have chosen from the moment in the middle of an atypical and joyous decoration. a treat in all points. Don't hesitate!
Unreproachable experience! Simple but totally comfortable decor. Emilia and the team are very pros, good advice, effective and smiling. The products of the sea are at the top of the fresh, tasty and cooked sauces... A place a little far (800m) from the old port, but which deserves amply, broadly, fully the detour !!!! We recommend. A
Beautiful, side street alfresco dining. Amazing seafood and charcuterie platter. The best of all was the gourmet coffee. Not just coffee but it comes with a taster of the most delicious deserts ever. We have dinner on Saturday night in this restaurant for my husband’s birthday. beautiful discovery staff is fabulous, we price the seafood tray with lobster, an incredible freshness! we will return with pleasure during our next stay in rock
the restaurant is very nicely decorated and the waitresses are very welcoming and available. the mixed between products of the earth and seafood is perfectly balanced not to miss
2 whale trays to take away today. very fresh, very soft and very good. Like the other orders. There's only one to taste.
