high quality cuisine, full of flavors and a pleasant service. all accompanied by a rully, not very local but very pleasant and I take responsibility. for me, a table to (re-)discover with a map that evolves fairly regularly. I'll be back soon. And I'll be back in advance!
standard 3-course menu with over-standard quality. the foie grass is unique and worth a try. the bark is perfectly cooked with tasteful sauce. the service is satisfactory. the serviera is about right.
