I have to start by saying that if I could give it a zero rating, I would. While staying at the hotel above the restaurant, we decided to give it a try. It was a Wednesday night and we didn't make a reservation, so we were asked to come back in an hour. Once we were seated, we quickly placed our drink and meal order. The drinks and a shared appetizer arrived promptly, but after that, the service went downhill. After about 30 minutes, our waiter informed us that our meal would be delayed by 10 minutes. After waiting even longer, we had to ask for the bill as our food still hadn't arrived. Another staff member told us that the food was being plated and would be brought to our table in 2 minutes...
This restaurant is one of the best we have ever visited! Everything from the service, atmosphere, gluten-free options, and of course the presentation, portion, and taste of the food was amazing!
For our meal, we ordered the Homemade Chicken Corndog, Cajun Chicken, Pulled Chicken, and Chocolate Cake.
The Homemade Chicken Corndog was beautifully made, with a perfect balance of crispy and tender. The accompanying dip was a great touch and a fantastic beginning to our meal.

We were absolutely impressed with the meal we had here. We are three gluten intolerant diners and one of us is also dairy and egg sensitive too. There was great attention paid to making sure we all had a lovely meal and service was communicative and knowledgeable about our needs. We were so happy we promptly booked for a second visit! There are a few reviews here complaining about speed of service but know all dishes are made fresh to order here. No reheated food from a bag in this quality establishment. They do it right. Amazing gluten free find in Quebec City. I heard about this from a gluten free American blogger and booked in advance. After coming the first night and enjoying the food so much (I had the bruschetta, salmon with fries and vegetables and the creme brulee) I booked again for a second night and had the fried cheese sticks, Cajun burger and cheesecake. The service is a little slow so be prepared but we loved all the food and it was definitely worth the wait.Dietary restrictions: Excellent gluten free restaurant. Coeliac safe.
To start, be prepared for a bit of a wait for service. It's not their strong point. However, the food was fantastic, especially for those with celiac disease. The Caesar salad was amazing and the crème brulé was delicious. They even offer homemade gluten-free buns that are very close to the real thing, not like cake or stone. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Fantastic place to eat if you are Celiac or not. Staff are amazing, food is extremely impressive for being 100% gluten free. If you are a fan of breaded appies you can’t have a most places corn dogs, calamari, chicken fingers etc) is just like a normal one. Very special place. Make time to eat here and support them.
How nice to eat at dedicated gf restaurant food was delicious and the service excellent and was able to safely try poutine. Don’t miss this place we are from Australia I note other reviews talk about language issues. We did not have any problem at all and I do not speak French.
