We wanted to put this opinion on the beautiful website of the hotel/restaurant Le Vernay but we did not find this possibility so we know about Tripadvisor. We ate Noel's meal on the site and confirmed by phone a few days before our arrival. What a mistake! We were very disappointed in several aspects. The busy entrance that was served to us, was not at all good temperature and so cold that the hard foie gras had no taste in fact if, the taste of the fridge. The main dish very good but once again served cold in the heart of the meat and on a cold dish, at the temperature of a refrigerator exit again. The Tiramisu desserts very good and with the apple pie good but served cold and hot according...
This 2nd stay was as perfect as the 1st 2 years ago. The large comfort room on the ground floor of the garden was magnificent with very comfortable bedding. The half-board allowed us to feast on local products. The staff was very caring, very attentive to details and comfort. An ideal place to relax. Thank you Le Vernay, we will be back!! Hotel Restaurant perfect in all areas: reception, room, quality of dinner and breakfast, ideally placed near the Autrans cross-country ski centre and shuttles to get to Gève. Extreme kindness of the whole team, always quick to facilitate our stay and to arrange us. We spent a great WE, it's an address to remember without any hesitation. Bravo to the entire hotel team.
Lunch with family Saturday, July 30, a pure happiness of discovery! Chef Aurore and her cook will make you simmer your taste buds with fresh and refined products, from mouth to mouth to dessert a real treat! A rising address in French gastronomy! Cuisine that deserves a tasting by the best culinary critics, I strongly recommend this table!

Once again, we spent a pleasant stay at Le Vernay Hotel. It was decorated by the friendly welcome of Mr and Mrs Luypaert the owners, and their team. We will come back with great pleasure.
