The small rural village of Barbechat, about a 25-30 minute drive from Nantes, is the venue for a recently opened gourmet restaurant called "Le X O”, founded by French Restaurateur Xavier and Chef Olivier. Their “South of the Loire” concept is made for anyone who wants to escape busy Nantes to enjoy some first-class food in the peaceful and relaxing countryside.
