I celebrated my mother?s birthday here and Le Yaca did NOT disappoint. The staff was so kind and on top of clearing tables and keeping water goblets filled. Every single dish was beyond delicious. We ordered the foie gras as an appetizer to share. The restaurant served it on top of a peach which is a delightful pairing. I had the potato leek soup with my Prix Fixe meal and it was the perfect temperature. My mother had the flounder special which she said was perfect. I had the crab cake and steak dish which was divine. For dessert, my mother had the sorbet and I had the crème brûlée. They offered post-dinner coffee but I couldn?t stomach anything else because the food was so rich and deliciou...
My fiancée and I chose to celebrate our third anniversary, and it also happened to be my parents' 50th birthday. We started with the Les Escargots and Crêpe au Crabe, followed by the Filet Crevettes for him and the Duo Gourmand for me. For dessert, we shared a delicious Grand Marnier Soufflé and Vanilla Crème Brûlée. The ambiance was lovely, the food was unforgettable, and the service was excellent. If I were to estimate the cost, I think it might have easily exceeded $200, especially if we had been a bit tipsy! But it was all worth it. At the end of the day, I would definitely say that if you're considering this little gem of a French restaurant, you should absolutely GO!
My fiancé and I decided to celebrate our 3rd anniversary where my parents celebrated their 50th. Les Escargots La Crêpe au Crabe to start… Filet Crevettes for him, Duo Gourmand for me… Grand Marnier Soufflé Crème Brûlée à la Vanille fordesserts to share… Beautiful ambience, memorable food and great service. And rather reasonably priced if you ask me. I’msure if we were drinkers it would of been over the $200 bill. Totally worth it. At the end of the day, if asked about this notso little jewel of a French restaurant, I wouldn’t hesitate to absolutely say YES, GO! ;p
For sure the best French Cuisine Restaurant in the hood. Upscale ambiance, super delicious food, and generous portions, rare thing at French restaurant?. Just had the best experience here on 9/12. It was our anniversary and we celebrated with dinner and a night in Va Beach. The service was excellent, the food divine, and even better?. DESSERT! I can?t wait to go back. Eating at Le Yaca was one of the best dining experiences we?ve had in a while!
What an unexpected find in a strip-mall. Excellent French cuisine, modern ambience and excellent service. We can only recommend La Yaca from appetizer to Dessert everything was delicious. Most good restaurants are short on Dessert, but not La Yaca! Well done? I wish we lived here.
We came here to celebrate a birthday, and the atmosphere is fantastic. While some of the waitstaff are more attentive than others, overall, it has been an experience I've truly enjoyed!
