I was told my order would be 30 mins for delivery, I also recieved email confirmation of this. I rang after an hour and was told my order was out for delivery and would be 10 mins. I rang again after another 45 mins had passed and was told food was still out for delivery and would be another 10 mins. I then rang back after 2 hours 15 mins had passed and was told order was still out for delivery and would be at least another 30 mins. My food was clearly never out for delivery otherwise it would be freezing by the time it arrived, I asked to cancel the order as i didn't want to wait nearly 3 hours or longer for food. I was told my order had been cancelled however, they still took the money out...
The Lebaneat Express food is always really good. Customer service is awful though and you've just lost out on a big lunch order. I looked at your website before ordering for myself and some colleagues just now. On YOUR WEBSITE it says there is a lunch deal for £12.95 which includes a starter and a main. I tried to order it and was told multiple wrong things including.... 1. The lunch menu is on after 5pm 2. I can't hear you 3. Throwing random prices at me for the things I was trying to order 4. More I can't hear you 5 minutes of back and forth with two people who have no idea what your menu is meant I just hung up the phone eventually. Fortunately, the staff went above and beyond to help me. They called the other branch, canceled my order, and prepared a fresh Shish Taouk for me right away. The customer service was exceptional, especially considering that the mistake was mine. When I got home, I found the food to be hot, fresh, and delicious. The chicken was tender and juicy, not dry, with a smoky char from being grilled over an open flame. The fresh Lebanese bread was fantastic, and the chips had a nice salty spice mix on them. It was a delightful meal, and I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.
We have ordered from Lebaneat several times and have generally been satisfied, but tonight's experience was very disappointing. The flatbreads we ordered were stale and crumbling like crisps. The wraps, which were also made with the same flatbread, were equally stale. To make matters worse, the hummus we ordered had a hair in it. Unfortunately, we had to discard most of our £29 meal because it was simply not enjoyable to eat. Very much yummy. A discount on Sunday. The best since I went to the UK. The lamb wrap (maybe this name) tastes excellent. The rice, though not as good as wrap and a little saulty, is good as well. I may try chips next time. The garlic sauce is tasty. The girl smiles lovely and is very kind. It’s a pity that I couldn’t sit in the shop and eat until I return to where I live. I will try it again.
Both my wife and I had wraps. My wife had a falafel which was cooked fresh I had a chicken schwarma which wasn’t. The chicken came out of some kind of warming/pan device which meant it was leftover and steamed from the original kebab. Only average as it wasn’ crispy as when it’s carved from the schwarma. Sorry but not what I thought I was paying for!
I placed and paid for my order online. The food and service were exceptional. I was taken aback by the negative reviews, as both the staff and the food were outstanding. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious meal.

tasty Lebanese eating as a take and delivery offered. in the city centre are two Lebanese restaurants. the offer is usually grilled meat/cubabs and pizza.
