excellent eating, affordable price really wonderful eating with attention to details. surprising to find this quality in a sleepy city cholet. from the amuse to desserts, although menu options are limited, we thoroughly enjoyed the work of the real cook. in any case recommend to go...with the tag menu (fresh, creatiw and pleasant to the eyes!)

We came in by accident, but we 'll be back! Refined cuisine, full of charming surprises. The service was quick AND friendly. We had the menu à l 'ardoise (starter, mains, desert for 16.90€ , which was excellent ! If you like fish and seafood, this is the...place to be in Cholet!

a really great place. we had the set menu that was delicious. the menu was well thought out and we had some really interesting dishes. the service was brilliant and we really feel that we were looked around. Thank you!

Don't hesitate! I ate my first sauerkraut of the sea and really it's excellent. since I tried elsewhere but I'm going to have to go back to find the flavor not to find elsewhere. Bravo!

unbelievably good, well paletted eating, fantastic taste and a beautiful atmosphere to complete it. this place deserves its review
