HelloThese are the thinnest pizzas I've ever had. Great pizza and great salad too. The local red wine (a pichet for €8 ) was rich and fruity. Good value for any occasion. Good vibe, nice decor, very friendly staff and very reasonable food prices. Easy on street parking or underground parking Gide is a 2 min walk.
Probably not the best time to dine out (during the Fête) but here an effort was made to maximize takings with minimum effort.Maigret de canard didn't much look (or tasted) like maigret but a much cheaper cut. Service ok but our reservation had got 'lost'.Would have to be very hungry to go there again.
We ate here after visiting the antiques Fair across the road. Bastille day and everyone wants to eat so we were just in time to get a seat ( just beating the family in the Bentley in my photo ). we both enjoyed Tagliatelli dishes, a change from steak !. Very good service and good food .
One of the best places to eat in Uzes. The menu is fairly extensive, catering for may different tastes and budgets. Ask to see the blackboard for the meals of the day. The 26 euro menu was excellent value, showing imagination and satisfying the taste buds Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
We enjoyed the service (all in French), and the wine choices were good. My wife had a nice salad and salmon tagliatelle and citron sorbet, all were excellent. I had a salad (it was huge! And good) and a very nice steak. Good food. It is on a busy street.
Service was relaxed to the point of slow but also charming. Food was good but not special - steaks, pizzas, fish. All well cooked and garnished. Dessert was fantastic - a caramel "tiramisu" with Speculos.
We always stop by L'Ecrin when visiting Uzes: the personnel is so friendly and welcoming, the food is great and the ambiance is the best. Don't miss out on the dessert, it is fantastic!
What should have been a love Roquefort pizza was drowned in dried pasta herbs and adorned with olives still containing stones. Sorry but no! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Very good value 3 course lunch for €16.90. Very relaxed atmosphere towards the end of the season. Would definitely go again.
