This is a gem! It’s just beautiful inside. The decor is warm and sophisticated. The music was a wonderful complement to the ambiance. Okay, the food. We had 2 entrés: a homemade gravlox that was wrapped in a freshly- made fluffy mousse of three types of red berries. It was a spectacular marriage of the sweet mousse and the perfectly seasoned gravlox…I barely have the right words. We also had a lamb ravioli. Light. Homemade, of course. Heavenly. For our plats; a filet of pork wrapped in a light pastry with a lovely sauce, mashed potatoes and mushrooms. And one cannot turn down a lamb shank that had been slowly cooking for 4 hours. We will return next week. This was a highlight of our holiday.
This small family restaurant really elevates the quality of the food in the area. By setting a new standard for everyone else to follow. Remi is a passionate chef, who really cares about the quality of his ingredients with the best food and serving his customers. We loved our wonderful dinner! Highly recommended! :
Je prends un Raspberry Fizz comme boisson qui est ma foi excellente mais par contre au moment du service de mon plat,le serveur m 'a renversé un peu de la sauce des moules sur mes jambes ,au lieu de s 'excuser le serveur a blâmé le personnel qui était en charge de mon plat,a par cela l 'expérience était bonne
The place doesn’t pay a mine activity area of cash, close to casino) but it’s a nice discovery inside : neat deco, well chosen music, pleasant reception, and especially fine and floral dishes! Great! Top desserts! a little more expensive than the average Aixois restaurant, but it's worth the cost.
