Very good meal in Tarbes. This place was recommended to us by friends so we had some idea it was good, however we were still pleasantly surprised. We attended in the evening mid week and we all went for the 3 course set menu. All courses were great and the family enjoyed the food including the the little extra surprises. Service was very good and one of the waiters was good at English although we insisted on listening to every course description in French as we are trying to grow our language. Fab night and reasonably Priced at €28.50 each total bill including 3 cocktails, 1/2 bottle wine and coffees was €131.
It was our wedding anniversary and we wanted something special. Not disappointed at all. There are 57€ and 36€ menu which were both beautifully plated. Also value for money for what you got which included two types of snacks (paprika cream and vegetable cake) and one mini entrée of strawberries in sweet pea cream. Divine. Top quality produces. I love my mackerel starter and beef rare main dish. Dessert was also right. Everybody was happy. Recommended for your special occasion or just when you want to explore some great food.
A restaurant that loves to share its passion for inventive cuisine. Each plate is erected as a table. Harmony of colors, shapes! In the palate, each flavor springs individually and then stretches between lasse to form only one. Local products developed thanks to very successful marriages. To this a careful service! Meal from noon to 20€ or 30€ including flat and dessert entrance. We left on the one at 20€. Very nice presentations, large quantities (dessert a little too copyy even), surprising and well associated flavours. Ambiance asked, very pro service. To redo without problems Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Excellent address! Thanks to the whole team, for the soft and professional service and for the fine and very gourmet cuisine. Bravo for beautiful sweet-salted associations, very subtle and balanced... a real success on each of the dishes. Nice selection of wines too!!
Restaurant gastro nice plate presentation, product quality but lack Personality, it lacks the sauce, spice or flavor that makes a correct dish sublimated except dessert a very nice work ice, foam and biscuit that marks the spirits
Always irreproachable cuisine, however extremely limited choice between menus and cards. I remembered an offer of more interesting entries, dishes and desserts during my previous visit
