The concept is very simple - a lettuce and nut (yes, that's all!), followed by the most delicious meat I've ever tasted and then - if you want - cheese. The first time I went there, I couldn't believe that an entry can be made of lettuce and walnuts, but I think it must be the vinaigrette because it is more than enough. the main dish is a superbly tender and tasty meat. I love this unique formula: fresh salad with an excellent vinaigrette, well cooked meat with its sauce, certainly a little oily, but with a unique taste, served with its delicious matches! We like to spend a lot of hours in this restaurant so alive, we eat well, we order a bottle to go with and we always spend a great time!
we are long time customers of this restaurant and were always happy with eating, but today we took our son who visited and our plate of steak contained long dark haare. we had almost finished our meal, but the haare showed that the waitress who was completely dismissed was coffee and the bill brought as if nothing had happened. very disappointed
