I can't believe I haven't reviewed this amazing restaurant yet. The food is fabulous! The owners go above and beyond to treat you like friend/family! I have had two great events here (wedding and a memorial) and you can't beat the service and atmosphere...or the price! Hands down the best place to go in the area for a great dinner or to plan an intimate event with great food that won't break the bank! And Robert, the owner, is a great guy and bends over backwards to make things special for all of his guests. Chicken marsala and chicken francese were both fantastic. Server was very friendly but the was a huge party in another room (like 20 people) and they could have used another waitress for other tables so wait time was less. That being said food was great and service was very friendly. All in all a very enjoyable visit. We are retired and our aim is to eat out most every night.. We were blessed to be guests at Leonardo's tonight. There are not enough stars to indicate what a phenomenal experience it was. The food was great and plentiful, the owner BOB was as gracious and accommodating far beyond any expectation. Dining at Leonardo's in Lawrenceville. Dining here was a sheer pleasure and absolute joy. Service was poor, food was awful. I had Putanesca, was just pasta in some lousy sauce. Anyway, they were busy maybe that's why the service was poor. The owner was very nice. Hopefully they can get the qualify of their food up. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Solid Jersey Italian dishes. Wonderfully accommodating service and staff. This is very near Grounds for Sculpture, so it’s a lovely combo.
