I placed an order for delivery and there was a missing item. I reached out via message through Google and received a response within 40 seconds. I believe I was conversing with Omar. He apologized and offered two solutions to fix the error. It wasn't a big deal to me, but he took full responsibility. The food was great and the service was incredible. I thanked Omar for being so nice and for taking responsibility even if it wasn't his mistake. I also thanked the restaurant for staying open during the pandemic to help their family, employees, and community. The food industry played a huge role in the Covid crisis and they are essential workers too. Thank you for everything.
I am a huge fan of Leo's late-night service. Their saganaki is always delicious, and their wing dings and chicken noodle soup are also must-tries. They are the only late-night restaurant in Royal Oak that is open for service industry workers finishing their shifts between 3 and 4 in the morning. I want to give a special shoutout to Alex for always making sure our dining experience is enjoyable. Make sure to mention him when you visit. The food at this restaurant is exceptional. The omelet was cooked to perfection and exactly how I wanted it. The waitress was attentive and clearly skilled at her job, deserving of a generous tip. The fact that the royal oak location is open 24 hours is greatly appreciated. While parking can be a challenge, there is a free parking garage behind the restaurant available at night. With my non-traditional work schedule, the 24-hour service makes me want to become a regular customer in the future.
