I called July 15th around 240ish to speak with someone in charge regarding an incident that happened there, nothing bad but as a compliment. I got hung up twice when requesting someone in charge, i though OK it was a bit rude, so I called a third time requesting the owner, and I got called a Faget, got told to get a real job, and got hung up after a malicious laugh at the end. I mean that was just uncalled for, I don't expect an owner or manager to talk to anyone that way, it was uncalled for, just as a heads up to all who support this place.. Amazing food and absolutely wonderful service. Every time we have come here, the staff has been incredibly attentive and patient. The food is amazing. The labneh is especially amazing, as is the mate latte. I cannot wait to come back and try more dishes. Vegetarian selections are clearly marked. There is a reason Les Amis is a Fullerton institution. I also love that it's close to the Walk on Wilshire, as that's my friends' typical meeting spot.
I was kindly allured into Les Amis by the positive energy from Alain, who just so happened to be my waiter. He curated a wonderful experience by educating me on his favorite drink (the homemade lemonade is delicious) generated a personalized experience by engaging me in deeper conversations. I will never forget my experience at Les Amis and will absolutely be coming back. Cheers!
I was so disappointed in the food this past weekend. Stopped by for lunch and it was pretty slow/empty when I got there. Server was nice, but the food was such a bummer, the salad was sad and wilted, barely edible. The chicken was well seasoned but not what I had ordered. Our first time here and we absolutely enjoyed everything!!! Our server, Alain, was a 5 star!! Service was so professional and pleasant. He was very knowledgeable about the food that is offered. We ordered the 2 for 1 and the 1 for 1. All the protein so delicious!!! We will be back again!
I always make sure to get lamb whenever I am at restaurants that serve Middle Eastern food. Everything was good. Portions were a little small. Service was fine. Patio was very nice. Noise level was good. I would recommend this place and I would go back myself
We went for lunch with a group from work. We got a couple appetizers, and 3 platters to share. The food was delicious, and brought out quickly. The fresh lemonade was very refreshing. Alain was our server and he was friendly and helpful.
The best Lebanese food I have ever had in all my travels. Friendly service and a beautiful patio full of shade and thriving plants. It is healthy and delicious Mediterranean living at its best in SoCal. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Excellent food and service were super. Indoor dining is a bit noisy. Recommend patio if it's not 93° outside.
