What a charming little restaurant in Nantes. The Service was truly friendly, speaking in French or English. The wine which was local tasted like nothing I had tasted before the 3 course mystery/ fixed menu was Excellent. Perfectly cooked Fish as our main course both starter desserts were exceptional innovative!
06-Oct-21. Absolutely loved the concept of not knowing what would be served! All the three courses were delicious, refined, and well presented. Overall, there was an excellent and enticing flow of flavours throughout the meal.
Go to the eyes closed: the surprise menu is a trigger for awakening senses. Forgiving small care, eating small onions, everything is very delicious. Thanks for the fun time.
