Impeccable service, a menu from chef Paul Bajade which combines finesse and tradition with rare combinations of flavors which remind us that he was a long-time Michelin star. Two menus to choose from depending on budgets but, in all cases, exceptional value for money. A simple but very good wine list which allows you to indulge yourself if you want. A table as remarkable as ever.

Je suis une inconditionnelle des Chênes verts depuis des années et je ne sais pas pourquoi je n'ai jamais laissé d'avis !!! tout y est toujours parfait...le cadre, l'accueil...un moment spécial à chaque foi : Le chef nous prépare de mets délicieux qui nous ravissent les papilles...sans parler de son talent incomparable pour préparer les truffes ! Un grand merci pour tous ces bons moments.
