The quality of local products (viandes, charcuterie, cheeses, pastries, breads and aperitif based on gentian) added to the excellent know how to cook, offers a generous and friendly table where you find an authentic taste of local cuisine... 2 steps from the river, a large parking lot, a pretty terrace well shaded the reception with a real non-commercial smile by people who love what they do, it becomes rare... 3 hearty and well crafted menus the pavé de Salers with a blue sauce...No comment!!! not necessarily simple to find, but make the effort!!!

The menu of the day has an unbeatable quality/price ratio. Despite the covid-19 period, the establishment is very organized (even if it is better to book during this health crisis) and many accustomed, it is a sign that is not mistaken. Do not hesitate if you pass the area.
