we'd had a bad day riding in 30+ degree heat, marie-blanque, aubisque and tourmalet. we weren't going to make our scheduled stop and we were very fatigued. we walked in and inquired as to availability and to our relief we could stay, and the kitchen was still open. there were 5 of us and they let us eat staright away and allowed us to put our bikes away securely. rooms, simple but comfortable. facilities were good. breakfast was excellent and plentiful hosts were fabulous. vive l'france
We have chosen the Christmas meal formula to take us, in addition to the pleasure of taking under the table, we are delighted with the excellent meal we ate. for a very reasonable price, everything was good from the entrance to the dessert (special for mice of lamb portions, warm welcome when we came to pick dishes, in brief we warmly recommend this restaurant.
I had lunch here with a friend. The restaurant is part of a hotel of the same name situated in a little Pyrenean village. I found the host to be very friendly and welcoming. Good variety on the menus. The food was good. The house red was very nice. I would definitely recommend it.
Fantastic family run hotel. Made us feel warmly welcomed. Breakfasts were amazing and we ate there every evening. Excellent cuisine. The soup was tasteless and weak. We ordered salads. The asparagus was canned although this is the season. The lettuce was not fresh and there was a fly in one of the salads. Even the coffee was weak. A great disappintme
We ate here twice during a recent trip to the Pyrenees. Monsieur Lacom and his family are very welcoming. The service is homely, food delicious. Great value fixed price menus.
a family atmosphere, pleasant. very rich dishes. We have feasted with lamb chops of the valley, served generously and a beautiful hot goat salad I recommend this restaurant.
