The hotel looks new and is perfectly maintained. The staff was particularly welcoming. Breakfast should be enriched and should be able to take up to 10H. rather than 9:30. Beware of the promise of view on the vines since 'a road bar, at least in part, the prospect. With the booking intervention commission refactored by the hotel, it is best to book directly via the hotel's website. The price ratio of the stay will be significantly improved
Excellent reception when we arrive. Ideal central location to radiate in Champagne at 5 minutes from Epernay and 25 minutes from Reims. Although the hotel is located close to a busy axis in office hours, the insulation of our room was perfect. Very clean room with balcony overlooking the vineyards. Quality establishment we recommend.
Last minute reservation to celebrate a birthday. .. but a warm welcome. The staff is very attentive, ready to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are impeccable. Breakfast, taken in the veranda, is hearty and quality. A very clean, modern and well decorated hotel. We enjoyed a lot.
Recent hotel with orderly rooms. Too bad the bar is closed at 7pm in the evening. Received a call from reception after I forgot an item of clothing in the room. It was neatly ready to pick up 3 weeks later after we passed through on our ski holiday. Good customer service!
25 June Magnificent room with views of the vineyards! Excellent reception. Nothing to say about hotel business. Small flat for breakfast that does not match the hotel's standing. Few choices, frozen pastries and especially eggs to the category 3 hull, faulty...
Superb welcome by the staff at the entrance, big thanks to Mathilde! Very decent rooms, the hotel seems to have been brought up to date on the outside, good information from the staff when we had questions. Own. Very good value for money.
