The staff were very friendly, and in the morning when we went to pay they pointed out that my husband had had a coffee, but no food, and I had eaten, but not had anything to drink, so they reckoned that we had had only one breakfast between the two of us, and just charged us for one. Never had that happen before! But the room . . . Last redecorated in the sixties. Probably the bedding and towels had been bought then too. It was a funny room, because there was a sort of lobby with a bathroom and then you went upstairs to the bedroom with a lavatory next door. A lav...
this gentleman offers 50 centime makeleines, but if we buy 10 we pay only 3€, until then everything is fine but what was not my disappointment when after I asked 10, I realized that there were only 9 left and that I was wanted to be paid 4,50€! normal: the discount is only valid for 10! It's a merchant!I proposed to leave 3€ and come back the next day to look for the missing makeleine, but it's only lost and. loaf lost (!) because I'll never put the feet back in this bakery again.
It is just shameful to enjoy this beautiful location, very frequented by tourists to offer stale and expensive products. I've been doing it freshly by buying a bunny, basic product, just horrible to eat this morning!! the price, I accepted at the checkout because not seen in the window: 7 euros (the same weight in my super baker, 3 euros). To please my son I went into this pastry bakery that was once excellent but obviously it is no longer the case!We chose several macarons they were hard like stone and for some infects!At the price I find it lamentable! I'll never put my feet back until there's no new owners! To flee absolutely!

They have an incorrect name and an incorrect address posted with many online booking sites; which means that when you arrive in Loches you cannot find the hotel despite going to the address provided. They take no responsibility for this and still charged us. Disgraceful.
Wallpaper and carpets needed replacing in my bedroom at least, I'd be ashamed to let out a room in that condition. Restaurant looked sumptuous and the lady on reception very graciously let me use the hotel's parking free of charge. My rating is based solely on my room.
I came because all the other bakeries were closed. the one had the merit of being open and having what I was looking for.The welcome is very simple but I was overall satisfied.

we bought 2 "St-Maure's Houses" for dessert with family and it was when we tried to find out that the inside of the cakes were mold.
